Bus was not very clean smelled of urine and toilet was filthy bus driver was rude
Bus was ‘delayed’ by about half an hour on the screen so we sat there relaxing watching tv waiting for time to board. It ended up leaving on time though which might have been stressful if we had left the premises and come back at the time shown on the screen. The seats were comfortable but a couple of other passengers stank to high heaven. Bus driver was informative with the stopovers and updates with time.
Nobody from the staff was helpful or tried to keep the passengers posted about how long the delay was, and what was the reason for it. Outrageous service.
Customer service was very nice, pleasant and warm. Miss Katrina went out of her way to make sure that my baggage, departure and arrival time was secure while I traveled.
The driver was nice. The airconditioning and internet , intercom and charging points didnt work . Overhead lights didnt work. We were seated near the toilets which smelt strongly of urine. We were delayed on the highway for about 2 hours due to an accident .
Very good trip
Very helpful and professional driver
Part 2. The driver knowing the issues we were having with the bus felt comfortable having a conversation with a passenger who was a truck driver concerning her company pay, holiday work, hours per mile, missing weigh stations, ? Nothing that we need to hear, we were just hoping to make it to Memphis.
Would have been nice if the driver said something. I know it’s not a tour bus but hey, something would be nice. The bus also broke down. First the aircon stopped working then the bus. Driver eventually managed to get it started again.
We were delayed for more than one hour at Nashville .
I called ahead to verify the time of the delay, but they still left without me 30 min before they told me they'd be leaving.
Our original bus was ‘delayed’ - no explanation given. At the Nashville depot we were advised to arrive 30-45 minutes earlier than our bus time. We had our tickets, but we’re unaware we had to join a queue to check in our cases. We joined the queue at 0800 and were served at 0945. Had our bus been on time we would not have been able to check our cases in time to board. Another bus to Memphis arrived at 1025 and we joined it. The driver was excellent, (female with shaved head), and the trip to Memphis was spot on.
Will never use greyhound again
Very good trip bus wasn’t overcrowded very comfortable
Need more security, a stabbing took place in the parking lot while I was waiting for my bus to arrive
Nashville terminal was horrible! Memphis terminal was much better and the staff were helpful. Not user-friendly for first time users of Greyhound.
We were discussed with our Greyhound bus ride. Upon arriving at Nashville bus station, we were faced with a number of drug addicts bugging us for money and cigarettes. Once inside there was a strong smell of body odour and while on the bus there was a very strong smell of urine. We accept that this is a basic way of travelling America, however it’s not acceptable to be subjected to that level of hygiene. This has caused us to disregard our return tickets and cost us further expenses to our holiday.
Staff unhelpful..bus super late...after delay driver wouldn't let me on the next bus...
Great service and staff.
My bus was 3hours late. The bus station was understaffed and the staff there was very rude and unhelpful.

We are novices from Scotland and staff at terminal were absolutely brilliant, helpful friendly and so courteous.
The bus driver was excellent. She was professional and a very careful driver!
