The trip from Chicago to Nashville was very good I met some ladies on the Harrison station who where very nice I was very helped by the team there...my problem is with the return ticket because I was there in time and they let us understand that the Bus will be 2 hours late so I move outside very quick to buy something and I get back at 7:12 but they let me know that the Bus left I was so confused for someone who’s experiencing for the first time the company service and I supposed to pay 20$
