The bus was OK, really nice driver who gave us snacks and water. However, the journey was supposed to take 3 hours and 45 mins but it took over 7. We spent over 2 hours at border control. Twice we all had to get off the bus to have our passports checked, the bus also had to be searched by police. I cannot fault Arda Tur, the problem is the border crossing. If I had known in advance, I wouldn't have travelled that way
