Alianza Lagos Seville recent customer reviews
The bus ride was safe and clean. No problems other than a police inspection that delayed by half an hour
The trip started out on time, but within 45 minutes the driver had noticed a mechanical problem with the bus and we all had to get out and transfer to a different bus, which caused a half hour delay in our arrival to Sevilla. The trip seemed to go on for ever, stopping in numerous small towns along the way--something we had not anticipated. We had also not anticipated the one-hour time change when entering Spain, which meant that our trip was an additional hour longer than expected!
Punctuality was good. Only trouble is the route which involved a lot of turning and slowing which is uncomfortable and makes luggage move about.

There wasn't any bus. Nobody called me nor sent me an email to tell me there had been "issues". I arrived at the bus station at 1:45 in the morning and a complete stranger told me I had to go to Seville with him and his car. He didn't show any documents or any proof he was working for the company and trustworthy. He couldn't understand and speak English. I took that strange lift just because another couple from my country arrived to get "the bus" as well. Luckily we arrived safe to Seville but we all were nervous and "alarmed" for the entire journey. We even arrived at 6am instead of 9:30 and I didn't know where to and sleepy as well cause I was planning to sleep during the night. I ended up sitting in a seat in the boot , right next to all the luggages and with a tiny room. He also talked about a ticket refound but not it'll come. Not a positive experience
