I bought two tickets for a direct bus from Lisbon Airport to Leiria, paying €13 per person.
The bus was scheduled to depart at 22:15, but it arrived 20 minutes late.
More importantly, although the ticket clearly stated that this was a direct connection with an estimated travel time of 1 hour and 40 minutes, the trip actually took 2 hours and 10 minutes.
This was due to an unscheduled stop in the city of Fátima, which was not mentioned at the time of purchase.
Traveling late at night from the airport, this kind of delay and lack of transparency is unacceptable. If the route includes intermediate stops, it should not be sold as a direct service, and the real travel time should be clearly communicated.
