Rede Expressos Nazaré Lisbon recent customer reviews
Took number 16 Bus at 10:45 AM from Nazare to Lisbon today. The back of the bus was terribly cold. The ceiling air conditioning unit blew cold air continuously. My wife asked the driver to turn it down a bit, and he said he did. But in fact the tempreture did not change at all. Then I went to the front and recognized that it was a lot warmer there. Therefore I sat down there. My wife followed me. A huge argument ensued, the driver did not let us stay there, though many seats were empty and there was no more stops before our destination. He was very rude, called me crazy, then when I yelled back at him stopped the bus and refused to go on unless we moved back. We did. And were terribly called all the way through till Lisbon.
The bus looked like it was falling apart. Showed up 20 mins late. The bus also did not have any charging on it
Le chauffeur était bête, aucune gentillesse, parle au téléphone tout le long du trajet, pourquoi il n’a pas voulu qu’on s’assoit en avant au premier banc puisqu’il n’y avait personne à l’aller et retour!!!
