My overall disappointment is with the purchasing process and the unhelpful and unfriendly staff I experienced.
I approached the driver for the 12:15 bus and he advised that I can’t get on his bud, thats all that was said. I waited until 2:30pm for the direct bus to Almeria this is when I discovered that the ticket I purchased from Malaga to Almeria, via Seville didn’t allow me to travel on the bus from the airport.
I then had to pay five euros for a bus ticket from the airport to Malaga bus station and purchase another ticket from there to Almeria which cost me another twenty-four euros.
All this due to no one at your ticket kiosk on a Sunday!
Very disappointed is an understatement.
It was really good Trip Fromm Málaga to Almería. Thanks to the drivers that helped me and my friend, we were 3 hours earlier in Almería, cause they changed our Tickets so we had a bus directly to almería without a break of 2 or 3 hours in Almuñecar.
Everything was good. The bus was very slightly late getting into Almeria. Nothing major only a few minutes. Traffic in port held us up slightly. Otherwise perfect.
Made a big mistake in not checking departure point. Wanted Malaga Airport, but booked Estaçion de Autobus Malaga instead without guidance from the proforma. Otherwise, excellent
Great service. But I tried to email the bus company a week or more before the departure to change times and they never responded to me after multiple emails.
my trip was very good. the driver was very nice and attentive. I don't know Spanish and when there was a long stop - driver explained personally that I could go to eat something or just go out to breath as the bus was to stay for 30 minutes there. It was very nice of him.
The supra bus was amazing, possibly the most comfortable bus ive ever been on. Only slight confusion was a stop about half way where the bus driver announced something in spanish which as an english only speaker could not understand
