Bus Tickets from Santiago de Compostela to Porto

Good- left on time and arrived ahead of V schedule despite being stopped by police. Bus sounded a bit old and noisy. Driver insisted on everyone sitting in designated seat on ticket. Not overly friendly.

Very professional and comfortable bus. Safe driver. Efficient luggage loading. There were no charging ports on the bus and that would be helpful.

The ride was fine. The staff however were brutal! The guy wouldn’t allow me to have my sandwich and made me place my sandwich bag with the luggage. “No eating on the bus” was his rule apparently because it’s not stated anywhere on the bus or ticket. Other people had fruit, snacks, nuts etc but he had a problem with my sandwich. The driver was rude and actually yelled at a lady asking about washroom facilities during a stop. Unacceptable behaviour. If you’re fed up with people, go work somewhere else. Seriously.

Clean and comfortable bus; little or no communication from driver, on screen or notification about stops/breaks; asked at Valenca, told 5mins- waited for more than 15.. could've got a coffee or snack rather than just rushed loo stop like other passengers. Bus almost an hour late getting into Porto.

Clean bus. On time both from departure to destination. Air conditioned. Very comfortable and quiet ride. Excellent trip.

The bus was booked for today at 12h25 from Santiago Compostela para Porro, at this hour there was bus in the terminal. A driver from this company said that this bus didn't existed and that we should contacto the company to re-schedule for another bus in the same day. In the information center of the terminal no help was possible. After 2 emails and 3 calls to the company they finally send us new tickets for 16h45. The new tickets were for places in the bus that also didn't existed and we had to find different free places in the bus, I had to move twice because the "owner" of the place arrived ...
