We were a group of 3 and we enjoyed our travel with intecape, it was very comfortable and the staff very professional. We however encountered unusual queue at the south african immigration side, which was unbearable.

O didn’t enjoyed the delay of the bus, personally I was going to see a doctor at 12.30 P.M, and my ticket showed that the arrival time at destination was 11.45a.m., but the bus arrived at 12.30 P.M, 45 minutes of delay. I approach to the crew members (drivers) and they was shouting at me. Very bad experience
