The bus was spot on time both departure and arrival with 20 minutes. Friendly and very helpful staff. What disturbed me was caring for child passengers. I noticed very young children, roughly between ages of 4 to 5, allowed to just walk about the bus and playing in the bus passage. All this when the bus was in motion. My expectations were that children should be strapped in their sits and if no sitbelts available (of which in this bus there were), parental care should be enforced. The one child was actually allowed to visit the loo all alone THREE TIMES without any supervision. To me all these rules should be explained to the passengers upon boarding the bus.
