The intercwpe staff at park Station were disorganized. No indication of which queue is for what and that resulted in us only leaving jhb at 20h00 instead of 19h00. No limit on the people who go in the bus since we have Corona virus and that might have exposed us to it.
Would appreciate if drivers could communicate with passengers, esp for first timers who do not know the route
The budget bus, had a driver that didn't know how to drive
I will definitely make use of your services again.
The staff were very rude and unhelpful. The drivers were also rude and unhelpful
It's great other than the fact that the bus stuck on the way it was perfect
Keep up with the good work
The service was good
Excellent services from intercape however it was late
It was beautiful. Especially because I sat alone without any interruptions 😊
I had a great first time experience.
The drivers was excellent and very helpful and friendly.
Not to bad just late
Drivers are professional and treat passangers with respect. Pleasant trip! We arrived even 20 minutes earlier!
I was frightened for my life in that bus. Luggage was fell out of the bus on two occasions during the trip and we had to get off and pick up the clothing and bags in the middle of the road with cars passing. There was passengers with no sitting and many who didn’t book but got in and paid cash to the driver and attendance of the bus. Three or more people crammed in seats meant for two people. I was made to share my seat with two grown children because there was no space and I apparently have a thing build so they saw it fit to make me share even after I complained and mentioned I paid R600 for the bus! I was on the verge of tears actually with the harassment. A passenger even had a gun, it was seen when the luggage fell out the second time around. Honestly I was holding my breathe to just get home safe. The bus arrived a whole one and a half hour late and the luggage packer was rude and completely uncaring. The bus did not even have charging ports. I was shocked having paid R600 but not being able to charge my phone. The air conditioning was not working, it was boiling hot in the bus. The reading lights were not working, I missed out on finishing so much work because of that. I have never had such a bad experience ever traveling and to think I paid so much for mere comfort and to feel safe and to receive basic things like a charging port and merely arriving safely. The bus only made three stops and that time we are boiling and need to stretch ourselves but they did not care. I hated my experience with Greyhound, it was horrible.
The bus was lovely, it's just that we were never told that we would be swooped to a different bus that leave way late. we ended up in park station for four hours.that was not cool.but overall it was a great bus.
The tiolet were dirty. It was overflowing with all types things and it started smelling after a while and the bus seats itself were dirty.
Bus was great and punctual however charging ports did not work which was quite inconvenient.
Was a nice experience and good comfort on seats will definitely use it again and again
If they could have less frequent stops that would be great.
No regard for customers, very little communication with customers. In most customers are kept in the dark, not knowing what is happening.
It was okay. Some amenities were not functional and no toilet hygiene upkeep. Minimal communication from staff and not very friendly. Otherwise okay
Would recommend Citiliner to family and friends..
Comfortable and very friendly host
