The driver was so rude about the bags. He didn’t treat us with respect. The bus was late and it makes to many stops to get people. It stopped more that 30mis to onboard 4people. The bus was late and we didn’t arrive on time
I am disappointed and cannot envisage tourist using any bus service in South Africa. I have booked a return trip but I am looking for an air ticket because I am not happy to use this service again. The bus roadworthyness also needs to be addressed because I doubt if it is safe to ride in.
The bus was burning, so we had to wait fo 5 hours fo a new bus, wen the new bus arrives, I sat on the the front since it was an old bus n m pregnant wasn't feeling well, so 1 of the drivers was rude kick me out of the sit even wen m explaining, but allowed this white lady so I don't understand
Not happy at all,Will never take this bus again ,bus got flat tyre at the tunnel and we had to end up hiking,no response from the garage team, even drivers don't communicate,of which the bus arrived 3hours late at jhb and no one told us what was wrong.
Drivers need to be considerate for passengers when it comes to breaks and going to the bathrooms. When nature calls, we need to respond. The drivers were of fish in terms of addressing passengers. They are there to serve not to be autocratic.
The buss was very late , it got stuck while we were travelling, I'm.still on the road , was suppose to arrive at 12am now it's 17pm, 5 hours later to my arrival , my feets are swollen, I will never in my life use your service again
We were only sent messages that out bus was delayed and they are sorry for the inconveniences caused.
Nothing was explained as to what the delay was and being over an hour late it's no longer a delay it's a total inconvenience throughout.
3 hours late on departure, 4 hours 30min late on arrival. driver has heater on very high in a bus with no windows throughout whole trip, waited @ filling station for almost an hour due to 'transactions not being authorised' still not sure what this means
No communication from driver, bus was supposed to be in Cape Town at 5:40 but yet still at 10:00 we are still in Worcester. I was supposed to be on duty at 08:00 yet I'm still traveling. I endured a loss because this is going to be unpaid leave.
It was an unpleasant experience. The bus arrived very late, as a result of which I had to stand and wait in an unsafe area with all of my valuables for a prolonged period of time. When I finally boarded the bus, I was greeted with by a family of cockroaches living in the nooks and crannies next to my seat. Apart from this, and the USB outlets that didn't work, the ride itself was alright. The arrival at my destination over 3 hours later than scheduled however, was not "alright". Having spoken to other people who used better bus services, I can conclude that I would not like to travel via Eldo Coaches again, and nor would I like to reccomend it to anyone.
The bus was late. I had very light luggage but I was forced to pay for my luggage. The bus stopped in the middle of nowhere and we felt unsafe as passagers the drivers didn't bother to notify us about what is happening. I would not recommend this bus to anyone their service is very poor.
Terrible experience, bus came late to Johannesburg and we were stranded in Boufort West because the bus was arrested for not being in a condition to transport people. We had to organise ourselves a private tax to take us to Cape Town. Very dissatisfying.
