The service was genuinely disappointing. No air conditioning, bad restroom odour and condescending staff Greyhound.
I met some lovely people and the driver's were helpful but the bus aircon and charging system didn't work so we travelled under extremely uncomfortable conditions and could not even charge. I paid for the premium bus because I expected premium service but that is not what I received.
Bus was delayed by over an hour. Ended up getting a below par bus substitute. Totally disappointed had my high hopes of Greyhound utterly crushed!!

Your help lines are not working, tried to cancel for 1 person and got rude person who was helping me. The toilets were stinking and it was hours late
The bus was comfortable. The driver drove a different route avoiding public roads after he received a fine of R2000
Sad experience. My phone died. I asked for the help of your driver to charge for me the phone. After a few minutes I felt asleep he came to wake me up telling me that my phone was stolen. By whom and when and how ? Because the bus kept going. It is a IPhone 12 MAX. I do not know if I can command someone else to travel with intercity express
