One driver had to drive more than 12hrs whilst the other one sleeping and that nearly caused an accident. The bus wheels were unbalanced it was a scary and stressful journey I will never again
The bus broke down, instead of bringing another bus they made us wait 3 hours as they fix it. Furthermore, after fixing the bus, the bus driver was driving slowly like we were just going to the nearest town.
Please next time if something like this happens. Just bring a backup bus.
Each time I travel with intercape there’s some sort of delays, either tyre burst or overheating. I don’t know if your buses are old or they need thorough and regular service. Please rectify
it is a bus meant for school children.seats are too small to fit 2 normal men next to each other.my luggage was damaged by mishandling by your staff.[ will never use this company again.very unprofessional
we left Pretoria an hour late and were ‘dumped’ at Park Station Joburg, where our bus came 30 minutes late. Just a few minutes drive out of Johannesburg we were told that the bus has a problem so we stopped and waited for a mechanic to come all the from Johannesburg to check on the bus. We waited for him to come for approximately 1 hour, he fixed the bus and left. However in Potschsefroom our bus was involved in an accident with a small car and we had to stop again for two hours the drivers trying to get a police report. We reached Cape Town at 12:00 instead of the 7:30 am time as per booking
The bus had poor ventilation and the charging portal was not working so we basically had to switch off our phones to save batteries meaning that the journey was quite boring and it felt very long.
The driver and staff were very friendly, they dealt with alot from a passenger who delayed the bus by an hour! Everyone was rather upset and tired of the paasenger however the driver was honest and keep everyones spirits high through humour!
The service is good, bus comfortable, but we had to wait on the way because of police search and then change the 1st bus because they said it was not pulling power.
They were playing in Pretoria station and made us late a bus before us was also intercape drivers were playing buying food late it’s like they were disorganised
we were moved from one bus to the other, it was actually because I had to carry my heavy bags to the other bus and police were everywhere trying to search people.
