Bus from Pretoria to Cape Town: Tickets & Schedules

They put my bus departure time one hour forward without notification. So I had to take the next bus which was 6 hours later. Waiting around on Pretoria station. Very poor

I liked how patient the driver was and the attendant came often enough to check for garbage

The drivers really drove carefully and responsibly. We only had a trailer problem which caused a havoc as some bags were transferred to the other bus which later broke down too.. people were frustrated but it was really not the driver’s faults. Hope to have peaceful one soon.

I have using Greyhound for over decade now. I don't think I can use another bus service.

The bus was more than two hours late ,it also stuck because of mechanical problems my kids are still on the bus that was supposed to arrive before 9.

The drive was great, I wasn’t happy with the drivers. Paulinah is a chronic person and before departing she asked the driver to take her treatment from her suitcase and they didn’t want to open it for her and she ended up without anything when in the Bellville station asked if this is the correct station to get off and another driver told her that he’s there to drive not to give directions. Got assistance from other passengers

The ride was fine, we got to the destination a couple of hours later than the expected time but it was a good trip.

I enjoyed the drivers are expects and kind. I didn't like the fact that the arrival time was totally unacceptable, it was supposed to arrive at 07:35am but it arrived at Cape Town at 09:16am and I had an interview at 10:00am. My interview was at DP Marais Hospital from 10:00-11:00 Please improve the issue of luggages bags management to avoid what happened today and and check before leaving before passengers enters the bus

The service is okay even the staff members are fine the problem the bus took too long

The drivers where very nice and treated us with kindness. They drove very well. On time the bus was late and also the arrival time was was 2hours more. But we arrived safely and the journey was pleasant

The bus was well driven and fairly comfortable however I didn’t understand the delays and the toilet didn’t have any toilet paper and it smelled from the get go.

Very bad not on time very untidy and dirty inside, no aircon and the charging pots are not working

Lack of communication and their bus is impounded due to no permit, they delayed to depart and as I'm typing I took a hike from bedFort west as the results of their negligence others are still waiting for one of delta bus which might take 7 hours to pick up and resume the trip

They did not stick to the time an changing buses which caused more delay on the road and arrival time was late by 4 hrs

Individaul aircon did not seem to be working but the overall service was fine relative to the price

The bus was not on time and very uncomfortable. Changing buses along the way also was bad.

The whole process for me is up class ..from being able to book in the comfort of your couch at home to traveling in stile and also no hidden costs on every transaction makes me want to rate u even 10 out of 5 ha ha ha

I hate the fact that it is associated with intercape Pretoria, had I know I was gonna book with Delta or Eagle Liner. Their services are the best. Now I spent R140 that I did not have on luggage. Next time I won't even bother buying a ticket!

The bus was clean and the drivers were all helpful and always checking if everyone has returned after the short stops.
