Best traveling we had
The staff on our way to capetown was very biased, they were rude off the bus but put on face on the bus. Besides that, the trip was really great. I felt safe.
Just the seats wer very close to each other
This was my third time on a bus that arrived hours later than it was supposed to be. Some drivers are quiet rude. I also wish something can be intermittently done along the routes to do away with the urine smell from the toilet. Overall i love intercape, the fact that they are Christian based. God bless.
Best traveling experience.
Apart from arriving late, the driver's were very friendly and informing us at every stop. Speed limit was great and the atmosphere was awesome.
Very nice and drives were professional
Consider rest room in all busses to reduce stops on the road that leads to delays of buses(consider senior citizens & kids)
Safe and Perfect
I was not happy with the way I was treated by the Citiliner it was my first time using a bus but when I get to the station we where put into another bus company not the Citiliner I booked myself instead I traveled with a different bus company without any explanation what was going on and I almost missed the bus cause I was hoping to get into a Citiliner bus but then I was so flipping confused and shocked cause I wasn't sure that I was going to get into right bus to Cape and we arrived so late they told us we will be in Cape Town at 9h15 instead we arrived at 12h00 m so unhappy with the unprofessional manner Citiliner handled us on our trip and it is my last time using their service
Exceptionally professional service
It was not good because, the chaging ports were not working
I forgot my purse with money and when I called after 5minutes it was nowhere to be found. I'm not happy at all
This was my first and last time to use Citiliner, bys was supposed to leave Pretoria at 13:15pm and was an hour and half late, not comfortable at all,its a long distance trip at least a bus must be comfortable.
The bus had a machenical fault on route and as a result it was late for the set arrival time
The workers are too lazy they made us stand on the queue but never checked us in saying our bus hasn't arrived, the time it arrived they were now rushing us saying we must go without checking in we will check in joburg.
am very glad for services
Very good service but we can’t predict the late on the road because of traffic
broke down after alleged maintenance was done before departure
i am very much impressed
I love it hey... More especially your friendly drivers... I now buy intercape than grayhound
It was a comfortable ride but the air-conditioning was too hot though
Safest bus ever and comfortable
Please it's winter now put air-condition next to the speakers always hot at night
Comfortable their seat changing rules are inflexible...
