Greyhound Nashville Dayton recent customer reviews
Excluding some of the staff members, this is overall some of the worst customer service I have experienced to date. When asking a question to a staff member in Nashville, the staff did not even acknowledge my presence despite looking directly at me. The stations are disgusting and appear to not be cleaned or maintenance at all regularly. When I arrived at my destination, the bus left before I realized that I had checked baggage underneath the seating area, and it has been a nightmare trying to get any information as to where it ended up. I have emailed them, called, and even gone back into the station of my destination and offered to travel to pick it up. All I receive back are generic emails that disclaim liability. I will not be using this service again unless it is an absolute last resort.
