This trip was a disaster ! EVERY bus was late AND had something wrong with it (to and from destinations) ! I was supposed to arrive home at 5am Thursday and didn't get home until 1 am Friday. I was charged $45 to book a new ticket for a bus with NO working outlets just to get stuck in Toledo for almost 6 1/2 hours ! I'm am truly dissatisfied and feel something needs to be done to compensate this matter. This has interfered with my returning to work on time and caused me to spend extra unnecessary money !!

I was travelling to Dayton today and there was a breakdown .we all are waiting for help from greyhound for 2 hours but nothing shows up.so I took Taxi to Dayton which was 20 miles away.and it cost me double of my ticket.
