Greyhound Nashville New Orleans recent customer reviews
The bus was 7 hours late, there was no information from the staff regarding the status of the bus and no one even apologised. The staff acted like we were an inconvenience to them
It was a terrible experience, the bus was 3 hours late and at the end we had to book a flight to be able to get to New Orleans on time. We were then told by the staff they couldn’t offer a refund as bus wasn’t cancelled just delayed, even if that delay would make us miss our transfer in Montgomery and leave us with a 13 hour wait for the next bus.
Unfair for obese passengers to book a single seat. I was jammed up against the window in a very painful position for over four hours. Ruined the ride for me
