The reason why I took this company versus the other company is because this one was supposed to have a bigger bus with air conditioning in the bathroom. But when I got to the bus station they told me that the bus had malfunction and they can give me a different bus to a different location and from there another bus to San Agustin the second bus was smaller without a bathroom and the AC didn't work. was terrible

The bus was two hours late in arriving. Thanks to the bus driver who made sure I made it safely to my hotel in San Agustin as I was the only person at 2 am
