Pathetic. The driver was very rude. The wifi and charging pluck points were not working
Our bus was cancelled at 1:34 with our trip start time being 2:45. We had to pay for a 2nd Uber that wasn't accounted for to get to the new pickup spot. Also, we waited an additional 2.5 hours until 4pm for the new time. Row 9A and 9B kept rocking back and forth as if the seat was broken. It was fast but lord, it royally sucked logistics wise and comfort wise.
The bus was good but the washrooms were out of service. Thankfully the driver was really great and made a stop upon my request or I would pee myself inside the bus. The driver was really lovely. The real bad part is the actual station which feels *very* unsafe. As a single woman in there, I felt extremely uncomfortable and almost gave up on taking the bus. I only did cause I had not other option. There is no metal detector or anything, someone could easily get into the bus with a weapon.
According to customer reviews, the service provided by the bus company has received mixed feedback. Some customers have mentioned rude behavior from both drivers and front office staff. Additionally, there were complaints about lack of organization at departure and issues with seat assignments. On a positive note, some customers appreciated the cleanliness and efficiency of the buses. However, delays in departures caused inconvenience for some passengers who missed their flights or had their plans disrupted.

The driving was very stressful and uneasy up until the last hour
The phone chargers did not work at all and while the driver tried his best we Wére almost 2 hours late. Too long on a bus!
Bus was delayed 2.5 hours so had to cancel and drive my wife to Miami to catch her flight on time. There was no warning from Redcoach and we didn’t find out till we got to station. Thank God, I drive my wife to the bus station so I was able to cancel and drive her and my 2 little girls to Miami.

Bus was delayed by 40 minutes and onboarding was terrible. We were shouted at by the guy who handled the suitcases. Inside the bus was very smelly of the toilet at the back and air on was blasting cold , that I am feeling sick today because of it.
