Bus Tickets from Philadelphia to Empire State Building

Traffic contributed to late arrival in NY. Nice comfortable trip however. I’ll be riding Peter Pan again.

The driver was a handsome, professional. He drove the Best, other than myself. SERIOUSLY, felt safe. I actually went to sleep. He was very communicative with everyone. I've never EVER experienced This great. Thanks to Peter Pan!!

Bus had to leave me because I left my pocket book at home but it was sad how I couldn’t get back on another bus as the fare was not refundable.

The worst experience ever, we got stuck on the highway because the bus kept overheating. Was late to NYC by 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Philly bus "station" is just a street pullover in a bleak part of the city. No facilities whatsoever and bad accessibility by public transit. Absolutely unnacceptable. And for some reason, the trip was slowed even further because the driver wouldn't utilize HOV or dedicated bus lanes, so we spent more time in regular traffic than we should have.

I booked to be picked up at cherry Hill Mall in New Jersey, and had a difficult time finding where the bus stopped, the sign was very small. I sent about 15-20 minutes circling the parking lot. No direction on the web site as to where the pick up was located. Outside of that, the service and ride was excellent

Easy to get in, driver was amazing and we got to the destination earlier than expected.

Driver was very nice but the bus was filthy. I can understand old, and while the seats and bus were ripped and in not so great condition, the main problem was that the bus was very very dirty. Bad smell too.

It was thirty minutes late. We did not get our reserved seats. We then waited a long time for the driver to let us off the bus at the end (because the drop off was locked)- we were right across from our hotel and it was 2am.

It was a good trip, it’s a skilled driver but he was driving fast in a couple of times. The bus was clean and smelled good

The bus was on time. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. My experience was a delightful one!

The only downside is that I missed my trip today because the bus is marked coach express. the ourbus writing was not too visible.

Left on time, ride pleasant and safe. It was a last minute decision when our train was delayed or maybe cancelled due to signal troubles in the northeast corridor.

Worst bus Ive ever been on. The bus came an hour late, and there was water leaking from the roof onto us

Terrible experience. Booked the 12:15 AM bus and did not board a bus until 2:30AM. The 12:15 AM never showed and I never received any information about the delay.

I was satisfied with Amtrak, they almost made all arrival times and missed by a few minutes.

I bought a ticket for the wrong train I even purchased the insurance ahead of time beforehand. Amtrak needs to give me a future voucher for another ticket it was a mistake I paid for a train that left Philly to nyc at 1209am it needed to be PM
