Positive: It was well on time. The bus was clean. Garbage was removed in the morning in about 2/3 of the trip, washroom was restocked.
Negative: I was cold at night. No blankets were given to the passengers. So people in the know brought their own blankets. I was spoiled by a previous bus ride with another company, where blankets were available (and there were even two meals given, and on-board wifi was available - well I have not expected automatically all that on all bus rides, but blankets are essential, and passengers should at least be warned to be ready for a cold night.).
