It was great. Comfy, smooth ride, left on time, and the young man who facilitated the check out process at the border was very helpful and sympathetic to my situation I had with an extensive overstay.
Really poor. Had to email our own tickets for company to print whilst at bus station. Left 25 minutes late. Border crossing was shambles and we were left waiting in extreme UV for nearly half an hour (no shade) as there was no bus on other side. Bus conductor really poor and unprofessional and tried to grab my partners belongings. Would not recommend!
We were supposed to get to Copacabana at 12 but got there at 1:15 so I almost missed the last ferry that day to isla del sol and therefore the whole purpose for the trip as I only had time for one night at the island.
