Greyhound Reno Oakland recent customer reviews
Could not redeem ticket at counter. No counter at bus stop. Staff suggested I pay 300% original price and take the next bus. Problems with luggage and management. Driver was super nice and saved my day.
Bus left 4 hours after schedule, was supposed to arrive at 1:50, arriving closer to 9 PM. No communication, email, text, not how a paid service should be run.
Your site asks people to arrive 45 mins early for a seat on the bus .However there were people arriving at the bus station 10 mins after the bus was suppose to leave that got on. The bus boarded almost 20 minutes late. However, it did arrive in Oakland 15 minutes early. The ride was pleasant . I was pleasantly surprised that there was WiFi and a spot to charge my phone. That was a major plus to me besides the good ticket price.
