The bus station was chaotic. It was hard to find the correct stop. I asked the Alda staff for help but they could not tell us the correct stop. The bus arrived then the alsa staff confused everyone by putting people on one coach then moving to another. I had to take our bags off the bus and move to another. The bus driver was very upset and I had to ask for our tickets back. He gave them all to me so that I could find them. The connecting bus driver was very abrupt he didn’t seem to know what he was doing and we ended up leaving the station at Albergaria twice... it was very disorganized and stressful.Unbelievably good he bus got us to Lisbon on time.
