I was to wait at a random bus stop, the taxi Driver was confused as to why we were waiting there and not the bus depot itself. That added to my anxiety. I had a 7 year old who was upset cause she could tell I was worried. The bus was late. The bus was full. Luckily we could sit near each other with the aisle separating us. No one stood up to let us sit together. Why were we not booked a seat together? Let people know that the random bus stop is a legitimate place for pick up. Book young children with families on the same seat.
