The two drivers were polite helpfully courteous.the journey was not very comfortable even with the more leg room seats . The bus was clean a wee bit stinky in the morning due to the toilet I don’t think that can be helped so forgivable .I have recommended your component to my friends as overall the whole experience for the cost is I would say fair . I have a disability not very visible so after my first experience I took a cushion with me for this one and have to say it was a wee bit more comfortable . The centre side of the chairs could do with a redesign in turn making it more comfortable.I would pay more for a seat if it was available
I was at the station 38mins earlier but my bus time was not announced, I had to go out 5mins to the departure time and saw people already in the bus. I almost miss my bus
Drunk men causing verbal disturbance. It could have been handled much better by staff. No real attempt made to pacify but immediate ultimatums given by staff led to heightened tensions which, in the end, became the focus of dispute until police arrived at Leicester and took nearly 2 hours to resolve.
In addition I was totally unable to change my return trip to earlier on 01/01/23 so I could avoid travelling overnight again. I had to book with another carrier. I could not get through on the megabus help line.
I also had to use my coat to keep my legs warm while a current of chilly air spread through the lower layer of the coach.
All told I was not happy with the experience.
For 9 hour long journey from London to Glasgow there was no break provided for purchasing food or water. On asking the drivers kept saying this is a direct bus service and no breaks are planned. One needs to ensure to have purchased sufficient water and food before boarding the bus.
Everything seemed to be working perfectly till I dared to ask one of the National Express employees to confirm that the bus which had arrived was the bus I was going to travel with.Very rude manners by her! This happened in Birmingham and was one of the employees wondering around with a walkie talkie in hands.I suppose I disturbed her thoughts.
Driver was very polite and professional. Keeping us informed all through the journey. Will definitely use National Express again and also recommend to others.
Hi good morning, my booking shows 08:00 London Victoria to Glasgow Buchanan 19:00. We reached 20:00 yesterday. However, i’m It’s all good. Thanks a lot. James.
I had an excellent journey. The only reason the coach was late was because of trouble on the M8. The driver had to take a diversionary route, and I was impressed the way he was able to manoeuvre the coach through the Glasgow suburbs.
