I was to wait at a random bus stop, the taxi Driver was confused as to why we were waiting there and not the bus depot itself. That added to my anxiety. I had a 7 year old who was upset cause she could tell I was worried. The bus was late. The bus was full. Luckily we could sit near each other with the aisle separating us. No one stood up to let us sit together. Why were we not booked a seat together? Let people know that the random bus stop is a legitimate place for pick up. Book young children with families on the same seat.

Used it frequently while here from America. On time and clean. Very nice drivers.

The bus was overloaded and there was luggage in the aisle which was incredibly dangerous. The driver although competent at driving was hopeless at organising the passengers and we were late leaving Swindon. We broke down about 4km from Heathrow and this was clearly too much for the driver. He was disciplined by the traffic officer and couldn’t understand his responsibility towards the passengers. He was fixated by trying to get the bus working to which he utterly failed. Fortunately a passenger overheard the conversation between the two crew members and informed the passengers what was going on. The driver told me he wasn’t trained and he didn’t know what to do as he had never broken down before.
