The bus did not turn up an absaloute disgrace! I missed my flight from London Heathrow because of your non existent bus service that I have yet to be refunded for. I forwarded a complaint by email
The bus stop was a little difficult to find but the driver was very helpful and polite. He was extremely caring when a disabled pax missed his bus and the driver took care of the problem and sorted out a new route for him to get home! He was an absolute credit to your company!
Online prices are higher than buying the ticket on board. Those busses are unlikely full, so no point of booking online beforehand. I paid an extra £4.50 paying online.
Bus us were supposed to send me a confirmation email but it never came. I was then asked for the confirmation email by the bus driver and had to tell him that that it wasn’t sent. Luckily I had saved a print screen of the original page when I made the booking which I showed the driver
It’s years since I traveled by coach and I was very impressed with the coach and the professionalism of the driver and H&M rules. I especially liked the fact that customers were asked to respect others and use headphones if listening to music etc
I would recommend National Express to my friends and relatives because I am beyond satisfied with their quality service and especially that it was my first time having to change between airports. Lovely and helpful staff
Tire blew and after being misguided about how long it would take for another bus to come, I ended up taking a £56 uber and still didn't make my flight.
Very unhappy
My bus driver was friendly and professional but I asked a question of a bus driver that I thought was mine and he was curt and needlessly sarcastic with me.
There was an earlier bus waiting so the driver allowed us to catch it. We stopped at T 5 and 4 before reaching the depot. It took about 1hr 45mins due to traffic.
Apparently the bus we were to catch had an accident and we had to wait for another bus that wen via terminal 4 & 5 before getting to Terminal 2.
Just frustrating as I i waorried about getting to Heathrow on time
The bus was over 40 minutes late, nearly making me miss my connection, really unacceptable, however bus journey was comfortable and clean apart from GUM that was stuck on seat in front and looked disgusting
