Great! It's so much better than Greyhound! I will pay the extra to be on Trailways and not on Greyhound. Your company should sever ties with Greyhound/Flixbus. They offer mediocre service.

I have been using Adirondack Trailways for several years now and was my first choice in transport. The drivers are always super friendly compared to the competition. But on this trip I noticed that the chairs were replaced. Head, neck support was poor, and being 6 foot 2 in height, the chairs were squeezed closer. Good thing I was sitting alone, as I could not close my legs and would have invaded my neighbours space. Behind me, i could feel the other passenger knees as she moved around. On an eight hour ride. The bus was almost an hour late for departure. The AC was very intense for the autumn temperature outside so we were freezing. But overall, the ride was great, quick and efficient. The seats are comfortable and clean.
