Bus Tickets from Mestre Stazione F.S. to Ljubljana

Instructions for finding the bus were not clear and we missed it. We went early and asked tourist info where the bus came in to the plaza. It turns out it was an unmarked van and not a bus at all. We reached out to customer service via email and the did respond quickly and were able to get us a ride in a later bus (van) that day. A bit frustrating and we felt it could have been resolved if the instructions said it would be a van and where exactly it came into the plaza since it was not the same spot as the map provided.

There were 8 of us put across 6 seats. This meant I could not wear my seat belt. The driver was also on his phone for the majority of the journey.
