Very noisy air conditioning during 22h, making sleeping impossible; temperature switching from freezing to hot all the time; lights above our heads not working.
It was too cold in the upper part of the bus. Cold air came out of the ceiling because some parts were not airtight.
Very good service for a semi cama price.
The cama seats were very comfortable. They turned radio and lights off at 9pm - very much appreciated. Boxed dinner was gross. Breakfast was not adequate. Lunch at a restaurant was fine. They drove very safely. The bus showed up a bit late but we arrived on time. It would have been nice if they had English announcements and entertainment.
Really disappointed no wifi I booked this particular bus and paid more because I really needed wifi it wasn't available and it's cost me a lot of money if it wasn't available should be advertised
Good service, though retiri bus station is super chaotic but it’s not something the bus company can change..
I purchased 2 tickets for a bus with wifi and layback seats as it was a 20 hour trip. I didn't get either of these things. The bus was 1 hour late to depart. There was rubbish on the floor when we entered the bus. My luggage was wet when we arrived so my clothes were too. Very unhappy
Arrived on time. Was behind by just an hour. I'm happy
Bathroom was disgusting
The bus arrived 2 and a half hours late. Our bus broke down 2 hour outside of Salta so we had to take all our bags and change buses and when we changed busses we didn't get our "cama" seats that we paid for and got "semi cama" instead. Very unsatisfied and I would like some kind of compensation, please.
