At the bus terminal in Buenos Aires, I checked the monitors to see where the bus would depart from, but since it wasn't displayed, I went to the company's office to ask a staff member. I was told it would leave from platform 28 and waited there, but the bus never arrived; in fact, it departed while I was waiting. Unfortunately, I was unable to travel to Mendoza using that company.

During the entire overnight trip the inside of the windows dripped with condensation because there was no air conditioning pulling the water out and seemed to be no freash air vent either. While I did doze off a few times, I was only able to feel air coming out of the overhead vents on 3 occasions and all 3 seemed to last less than 1 minute. Other than that miserable situation, the bus was on time, and operators were helpful. Was a good value for us.

Would not book this company again, reclining seat was broken...kept popping back up making it difficult to sleep. We booked executive seats and the food was terrible and the tv barely worked. Outlets also didnt charge. But was very hot and the bathroom was dirty.

We placed a 2 piece backpack on the bus, when we arrived we found the day pack removed. This would have happened at the departure terminal! In future we will not get onto the bus until we see the language compartment closed.

It was a painless 15 hour drive: the seats leaned back and had leg rests. I really can't complain.

The most horrendous bus trip we have ever had to endure. Children coughing and screaming on us, running around jumping into empty seats to play in before new passengers came on to sit in those seats - incredibly unsafe and unsanitary! The locks on our bags had both been broken into and items stolen from inside our bags. When we collected them at the end of our trip from the under carriage the men asked us for tips which was so insulting considering our bags had been broken into and personal belongings stolen. We have never experienced any bus ride quite like this - it was absolutely awful, and we would NOT recommend anyone to book central argentino EVER.

I never once saw a staff member once I was on the bus. I paid the upgrade which stated I would get a meal as well as entertainment which there were none of either. The bus also arrived an hour and a half later than scheduled. A really bad experience.

La 20 de Junio Buenos Aires Mendoza recent customer reviews
We had an easy experience with them. The staff was attentive on the Bus and they had starlink Internet for the whole Ride. Only the fact that the baggage handlers are expected to get a tip caught us a bit of guard as we didnât have any small change on us
We were promised a hot meal and a television. They didnât give us any food nor did they allow us to get off the bus to buy our own food. The television also didnât work.

After reading mixed reviews I had low expectations but my experience was great. I took the bus from Buenos Aires to Mendoza and it arrived on time, was super clean and the seats were big! It was a smooth ride and we only arrived about 45 minutes late. No problems at all! Toilet on board was also clean which was ideal as there was no stops for food/toilet only picking up/dropping other passengers.

Excellent service. Bus is clean and cozy. I did not give 5 stars because of the tip enforcement during the luggage loading in the bus.

My seat was extremely uncomfortable. The padding was so worn in that it didnât absorb any of the bumps and it felt like I was sliding off. I arrived in Mendoza with a sore neck and no sleep. I have had much better buses with other companies

However, some users experienced confusion at Buenos Aires platforms due to inconsistent signage. Additionally, there were expectations of fully reclining seats that weren't met in certain instances.

It was difficult to find the platform in Buenos Aires. Very confusing! The ticket said 55 or 27. The worker said 68. The electronic display said 26. Then it was Bus Bar, but we were looking for Via Tex, which was in the side f the bus.
All that said, each and every person we talked with from the company was very polite and helpful.

Comfy seats, pretty much on time (arrived 30 mins late to Mendoza from BA). The only annoying thing was the noisy tvs that were on until late and early morning - turn them off đ

Booked a Cama Ejecutivo and it wasn't even a real lie down bed, just a reclining seat. Ended up with swollen ankles. Also no soap in the bathroom.

Via Bariloche used to be a bus service, but it seems to have gone downhill. My seat wouldn't maintain its position and kept reclining further than I wanted. Also, they used to serve meals, but no longer. On a 15 hour trip I would have welcomed a snack or breakfast.
