Bus Tickets from Terminal Retiro to Córdoba

Driver was good - very careful. Bus departure from Buenos Aires was over an hour late and bus never appeared on the departure screen, which made us go upstairs to the Urquiza agent over and over to inquire. That was stressful. Also, we read that we *had* to print our tickets, which was a problem. When do tourists have access to a printer? So… all fine in the end but it was unnecessarily hard, too.

The staff are nice. It drove safely. The seat was comfortable. The arrival at the Retiro was delayed by an hour, likewise at the destination (Cordoba).

The details indicated there was a hot meal, but there was no dinner or even water offered. There was absolutely nothing “executive level” about the ticket class I purchased. This ticket listing is false!

The bus was old and very uncomfortable, the leg rest coming too high and painful to use. The seats are small and not good for rest. The staff loading and unloading the luggages always asked me for tips just because I was a foreigner.

Bus service itself was very good, however, the bus had the wrong destination and was also late, still arrived on time though

It was okay, but I missed the free WiFi and also loading up the battery of the smartphone didn’t work. It was kind of cold during the journey.

Somewhat comfortable seat but the bus was late to arrive and then broke and we were stranded for two hours. The 9 hour trip became 13-14 hours.

I think was ok, including snacks and drinks is a good thing in a long trips like this. The sits was enough comfortable to stay the whole night and sleep sometimes.

The bag I but in the bus storage has been opened during the trip, my things were completely shuffled and some stuff was missing. There was strange noise in the back of the bus, I'm wondering if someone was not robbing us while the bus was driving. In addition to that, there was a disturbing petrol smell in the bus.

We did not get food or drinks. The wifi wasn‘t working, a wheel broke and we had to wait 3 hours for the repair.

The staff was mean... they almost left me at a bus station and they kicked someone off the bus when there were plenty of seats. So unnecessary.

Couldn't find the terminal since it was not shown on the monitors. Very difficult to find the correct bus!

The bus service as a whole was quite well, however, when I booked my tickets it showed the bus had Wi-Fi, this wasn't the case and it truly affected the trip since I was expecting to get some work on my way to my destination.

Very comfortable seats and great staff. However, the food was not very good so eat beforehand!

The trip was almost a diaster. The Chevallier bus to Cordober was cancelled, but no one informed us of that. We were told by the drivers of the other Chevallier buses that can and went to just keep waiting. Finally, 30 minutes after our scheduled departure, we went upstairs to the ticket office and were told that our bus had been cancelled do to mechanical problems. We were booked on another bus line's (Sierras De Córdoba) next bus to Córdoba. Since this bus was a semi-cama, instead of a cama, we were refunded the difference in price of the tickets by Chevallier. The Sierras'bus did leave on time. Though it was quite old, it was comfortable enough. However, it made many local stops, adding two hours to what was already a long ride. Since we were coordinating with the landlady of our airbnb apartment in Córdoba, this created a stressful situation. All worked out in the end; but Chevallier could have 1) kept us informed about the departure situation; 2) explained provided departure options of other bus companies (there were many to choose from), and 3) booked us on the same class of bus as we originally requested.

None of these survey questions apply to our trip, which did not happen. As far as we could tell there was no bus. I sent a full account of what happened via a response on your email help form under “request a refund”

Comfort of the seat and bus trip itself was very good, food however was aweful. Also the driver didn’t wake us when we arrived at our destination, and therefor we had to get a bus back from the final bus stop to our destination, which was a waste of time unfortunately.

It was honestly the most comfortable bus ride I've ever had, though I would've preferred the AC not being quite as strong, it got a bit chilly. Would recommend.

Great service. Food was ok, bun was hard but the wine was a nice touch. The staff were good, driver felt safe, server was pleasant, and the baggage handler was thorough when checking people’s tickets for their luggage.

Bus left perfectly on time and arrived early. Adequate food, good seats, do recommend.

The "cama ejecutiva " (executive seating) was the most comfortable I have ever had. Nice hot supper.
