The bus arrived 5 hours late, and there was no communication. I tried calling their call centre and they did not pick up. The worst was when the drivers said they don’t go to Bloemfontein Tourist centre whereas when we booked the ticket it said “ from Bellville to Bloemfontein Tourist centre”.

The bus was late by an hour but safe travels overall. We even had a prayer session which really made the journey easy.
