Needs to list steps I.e. locate bus on display screen Go to lower level when no.of stand displayed etc. Assistance to load suitcase at shoulder level ! Trip itself smooth and comfortable also felt safe. On arrival no information about exit, lifts, ramp or taxis. How do elderly, disabled or single passengers manage ?
