ONEX BUS User Reviews
ONEX BUS receives praise for its polite and professional drivers, who ensure a smooth ride even in challenging weather conditions. Passengers appreciate the comfortable seating and good temperature control. However, there are concerns about cleanliness inside the buses, with reports of dirty interiors being common. Additionally, some users mention issues such as delays in arrival times and insufficient information regarding boarding locations at airports. There is also feedback on missing amenities like WiFi or charging plugs onboard.
My experience with ONEXBUS was overall very good: booking was easy, the bus was clean and comfortable, the ride was smooth and on time, and the driver was excellent - professional, friendly, helpful with luggage, and safe on the road, which made the journey stress-free. The only weird part was the price: when I went to book it showed $28, but I ended up paying around $41, so I wish the final price including any taxes or fees had been clearer before payment. Even so, I'd recommend ONEXBUS and would travel with them again, and I want to give a special thank-you to the driver for doing a great job.

The bus ride was smooth and nice. There was a bathroom at the back of the bus, as well as outlets at every seat. However the bus came 50 minutes later than it was expected, which resulted in reaching close to 2 hours later than listed. 5:30-8:15 bus ride from Queensu to Pearson was actually 6:20-10pm
