I came in at Terminal 3 at Pearson Airport, no pick up there, had to make my way to Terminal 1, bus was late arriving due to traffic and we were freezing. Nice trip back to London though. Driver was courteous and helpful.

I had my e-ticket clearly showing the ONEXbus logo and name. With many buses at YYZ I searched for it but could only see ON Go buses. I asked a driver of a bus labelled Ourbus who said his was ONEX. Why isn't it labeled so? Despite many passengers complaining he waited 31 minutes for 3 people to arrive. Very annoying and unprofessional. His driving was good.

The driver was friendly, engaging and professional. The fact that we were on a milk run to Toronto from London would have been nice to know prior to booking. We arrived on time and did not miss our flight, but my anxieity was elevated when we were not going directly to Toronto. I do not hold the driver accountable, he was doing what he was to do, the app did not detail the milk run

No there aren't washrooms on board. However, the buses make regular stops for the passengers' comfort.

What is the luggage policy for Onex Bus?

1 carry-on bag with a maximum weight of 7kg (15.4lbs) per bag. You can bring 2 checked bags, free of charge. Extra bags will have additional fees of $20.00 CAD per additional checked bag. Total maximum weight 23kg (50.7lbs) for all checked bags.
