People coming from abroad to Gatwick airport should have reasonable transportation to their destinations. Going to London Victoria and waiting for another coach make the journey too long. Also the coach took us from the south to the north terminal. Our easy jet flight landed at the north terminal and our coach ticket Specified that we should start from the south terminal, we could have waited at the north terminal

My trip from Gatwick to Bournemouth @ 11am on March 28th was comfortable and pleasant. Our Driver Joe, was very safety conscious for all travellers. Joe was very helpful and very pleasant. I would definitely use National Express again. If I could give more stars I would!

I wasn't notified my direct bus to Bournemouth was canceled and they swapped my ticket for another one that stopped at Heathrow airport for 2 hours. Arriving home at 1am instead at 11pm as planned . They didn't apologise or give any explanation why my bus was canceled or why I wasn't informed via email
