There were no trains running as planned works were happening. Although the platform offered tickets as if everything was running ok. The only reason why I bought this ticket was to avoid the road and get there faster. The journey was longer than usual and there was a replacement bus for part of the journey. Pretty bad experience.
The bus I Booked just didn't show up at all. It was cancelled and the company didn't send me any massage or email. I had to wait for hours, cause the next one was fully booked. I lost my flight and I had to pay £100 for the next flight!
I got the tickets for 12.50 pm .. the bus for this time was full no available seats !! With a child under 2 we had to wait to get the next one at 1.20pm ( almost arguing to get on it )
The buss was late in London with 20 min so I don’t understand how we end up at the airport almost an hour late this made me almost miss my flight and I am very unsatisfied with the bus ride and the times.
I bought a direct train ticket to Stansted and after 6 stops I had to leave the train in Broxbourne to hop on a bus. The delay about this change, took 40 minutes extra than the expected time.
One bus was cancelled before mine. So then they pushed everyone back to the following later bus. This is really infuriating because I was an hour early for my bus. Then a lady ran out in front of the bus pleading for help after it had finally left, she was running away from someone. She was then invited on to the bus whilst the drivers called the police. I understand that this is the right thing to do however our bus was already very late.
Bus to the airport was 30min late but which then caused me having to run through the airport in order to catch my flight. 30min in this an airport journey makes a huge difference. I’m addition, I did not like not having an assigned seat, had to seat by the toilet next to weird people.
I missed a flight on Saturday due to the coach being late getting to Golders green and would not have got to Stanstead according to a member of staff at Golders Green even though I was early for the coach as there were numerous people waiting ,so I had to rebook a new flight for today ,at my expense.
The coach today was on time picking people up and the journey was only about 10 minutes longer than normal.
The worst service I have ever experienced/ racist bus driver who embarrassed me and defemed me by talking bad about me to other passengers just Becuase I was speaking on the phone in another language
No notifications about delays prior to departure. My booked time bus arrived 1 hour late. Bus for later time arrived prior to one I booked but the driver would not allow to board, he was rude and dismissive
The delayed wasn’t National Express fault but because the motor road reparations. But never mind …The driver was very polite and calm. Thanks to him we got on time for our flight 👍
Very friendly, helpful staff, particularly the guy at Liverpool Station, who despite the early hour, was very friendly, good humoured and helpful. I would highly recommend your business.
It was exceptionally difficult circumstances with all trains cancelled and delays on the roads thanks to the football but the staff remained helpful and courteous and did everything they humanly could for all of us who needed to travel. I am very thankful to get home.
Bus came 7 minutes early which meant I had to run up the road with my 20kg bag and a bag on my back. The driver was nice and waited for me but it would have been unnecessary if the bus came at the right time.
