Luggage Trolleys should be provide for heavy luggage at Victoria station, because getting your luggage to departures was a bit difficult.
The internet didn't work properly and the bus where I was sitting stank of urine.
Ok but could choose more direct routes
Super friendly staff, pretty clean bus and bathroom. comfortable seats as well! Great trip.
Due to running short of fuel we were asked to wait in middle of the road for 30 mins till another bus came and pick us..
I have nothing to say everything went well
Punctual, staff helpful bus clean and trip pleasant
Nice easy journey. Friendly drivers. Bus a bit hit and miss with heating. It was stifling at one point and driver unable to sort. But then it went quite cool.so I was constantly having to open the vents. There was gum on the floor which got over my sandals.
Long ride, but no hassle. Loaded luggage and then just rested on the trip to Norwich.
Terrible!!! They couldn’t find my reservation I was late because my plane was late so I missed my bus and asked if they could find the booking because I paid online - they couldn’t! So $36 plus tax down the drain I had to buy a train fare because NationalExpress charged me £52 for a oneway to Norwich!!! Yes I’ve guessed it I took the train which was the same price it took 1 hour and 45 mins.
Great service always use national express
Bus driver very goid driver. Pleasant & professional. Coach clean apart from the toilet. Which was beyond disgusting. The smell made me heave before the door was even opened. I know N. E. cannot control the cleanliness of the public, but PLEASE provide some cleaner, disinfectant wet wipes, protective disposable toilet seat covers. Anything! I prefered to use an empty drinks container than risk my health in your facilities.
Not satisfied. Went round Shard 3 times. Bus needed replacement at Thetford. Got to destination 2 hours late
Helping my handicapped aunt off the plane and missed the 10.30 coach. Had to pay again for next coach. How about a refund.
We arrived earlier than expected. The tickets state that we can change busses if not within an hour of our scheduled service. We were at Heathrow 2 hours ahead of our scheduled service (23.59). The 22.30 bus arrived but the driver would not allow us to board unless we had formally changed the tickets. The local Heathrow terminal 5 office was closed; the telephone number was unmanned stating it was outside office hours; the website would not allow us to change the tickets. We then waited for our scheduled service 90 minutes later by then. We were informed by another NE driver that the service had been cancelled but he would take us to the other Heathrow bus station to get our onward journey to Norwich. This arrived but we were then told that it was to terminate in Cambridge. Although a taxi was provided for the onward journey to Norwich, we had to cancel our scheduled taxi as they were unable to change the time. Although the taxi driver agreed to take us home ... he charged twice the normal fee (£16) for the journey even though he had been paid £112 by NE. We arrived finally ahead of the scheduled time ... but tired and frustrated by a VERY poor service compared to what we believed we had purchased and the lack of available contact and explanation was unprofessional and inexcusable for a 24 hour service.
Unfortunately through no fault of driver bus was running late however staff at Heathrow arranged for us to get on another coach to hub and get on bus there to try and make up some lost time. The M25 had huge hold ups but driver was nothing but polite. We did get in quite late to Norwich but nothing that cld be done. Down to horrendous traffic.
Great service from all staff. Very pleasant ride.
Late and rude
I was impressed with the service.
The bus was late for an hour leaving from London. We have had very long trip and to make things worse my husband was not well, so to wait and extra hour was not acceptable.
