First the pick up at the central bus terminal was 1/2 hour late. However when we asked the driver will we make our connection at Victoria Terminal He told us that his bus goes to our destination and we do not need to change buses Although we were late arriving It was not an issue

Very disappointed. The bus arrived the Victoria Station due to traffic on the road from the Airport Terminal 5 and the bus to Sheffield had left. I was meant to leave for Sheffield at 10.20am but I didn’t leave the station until 4.40pm. Obviously, I’m going to enter Sheffield very late as I’m still on my way. I’m a student coming to the UK for the first time and boarding the National Express for the first time. It’s not a nice experience.
Hello, the staff was really nice, seats were comfortable. But the bus was late for 1 hour, because of that when I arrived to London my another bus had already taken off. Then I had to change the tickets and wait for 2 hours for the bus. So..I was late for my workshop and the overall experience was not the best. Despite everything I still value your company because it is the one that is accessible and safe.
Am visiting the UK and booked a ride to Sheffield from Heathrow. The bus was on time so it was easy to schedule my day and there was no time waste. The staff were pleasant and courteous. It was a pleasant 5.30 hours spent looking at the beautiful countryside.
