Very disappointed. The bus arrived the Victoria Station due to traffic on the road from the Airport Terminal 5 and the bus to Sheffield had left. I was meant to leave for Sheffield at 10.20am but I didn’t leave the station until 4.40pm. Obviously, I’m going to enter Sheffield very late as I’m still on my way. I’m a student coming to the UK for the first time and boarding the National Express for the first time. It’s not a nice experience.
