The bus was on time and arrived 5-10 min after scheduled arrival time.
The ticket clerk and bus drive were rude when requesting a change in seats as we were assigned different seats as a couple. Bus driver did not speak much English or maybe did not want to communicate in other languages besides Portuguese

Overall very good. I was a bit disappointed I had to pay extra 10 euros to change time. My bus was 3 hours late so I missed the 1:30pm bus to Albuferia . I had thought it was free to just change tickets. Maybe I had got this wrong.
