Safe and secure journey
Good service and good customer service
Professional, experienced driver kind to all passengers
personnel friendly and kind, but the seats are not comfortable at all for 1< hour trips
Generally very good service.
Bus was 45 mins late.
The lateness of an hour is really not expected of a company such as national express. If a train was an hour late, there would’ve been absolute news coverage. It doesn’t make me confident to use the company again.
Horrible, the bus was broken, 2,5 hrs late! The Staff extremely rude! A horrible experience
The bus was 15mins late and the toilet smelt really bad which suggests it hadn't been cleaned before passengers got on
No internet at all
Bloody freezing on the NX450. Why was the aircon on when it was 11 degrees outside. I spent 3 hours absolutely freezing !
Driver doesnt even know where is station in Nottingham
