This trip wasn’t one od thouse pleseant trip. The bus should be checked BEFORE the trip not while it. Apart that we changed the bus, our driver from the first one wasn’t nice to others.
The toilets stank really badly. Even though the door was closed. Also the wifi did not work.
only complain is having difficuty finding were to wait for the bus. we were not at the main station ( 33 derby in nottingham) Signs and map at the bus stop was only for local bus and not the national express. difficult for a tourist to figure out. Got help from someone waiting for local bus
Overall I am fairly happy except I didn't have luggage and feel I could have been allowed on before others who did have.
My only complaint is the bathroom facilities and cleanliness of it
To begin with, the bus arrived around 30min late to Nottingham. Furthermore, on the way, the bus broke down as there was a problem with the windshield wipers which lead to another 45 minute stoppage. Until around 3:50, the bus was stopped somewhere near Leicester, which was the estimated time of arrival byo golders green. I also had a flight to catch at 8pm, which I was on the verge of missing. Thankfully the national express staff was helpful enough to arrange for a taxi for Heathrow which allowed me to catch my flight on time.
Very bad i didn't travel because we wait about 2 hours bus and i didn't travel
