The bus driver did not park at the right terminal which was confusing and I had to find check and see if it was the right bus. The entire ordeal was at midnight with no other buses in sight We may have left behind a bunch of patrons due to this possible mistake which I tried telling the driver
The service was perfecto in terms of punctuality. It arrived before than expected. The driver was good and professional. The distance between seats was fantastic. On the other hand, the internet justo worked out for a few minutes. The flixbus lot un cesar Chávez does not Even have a chair for passangers to wait properly
No problems. Trip as described plus a half hour break which we weren't expecting. Good and comfortable.

Unfortunately bus left nearly 40 minutes late. Lucky it wasn’t fully booked as my seat cushion was all ripped open with the stuffing missing and seat base was broken and I was able to change to a different seat which was still not very comfortable but at least not ripped and broken, although it too had metal brackets protruding above the seat cushions which stuck into your lower back! Toilet was not very clean and smelt fairly ordinary to say the least and also had no sink to wash your hands once finished - only a hand sanitizer dispenser. Good points - the driver was friendly and sorted out and stopped a constant beeping coming from the toilet (which apparently was an alarm for a broken fuse). Also after leaving Los Angeles considerably late the bus ended in San Francisco on time.
Awful organisation. We got an email on a change on our bus, but it wasn't specified what was the change. We spoke to four different people, got two different tickets and we had to deboard the bus at Glendale and find the other bus by ourselves. The staff was rude throughout. Will not travel with them again.
Smell really bad, and don’t give time to passengers to eat the only time he stops for 20 min was on a 7 11 store definitely not a place to eat
