The driver was excellent! He even made sure he didn't leave anyone at rest stops or let customers leave anything behind.

I liked being changed into earlier bus after my bus was seriously delayed.

There was no wifi on the bus and in the station despite saying that there would be! And the bus stopped at more stops than we were told on the itinerary and arrived nearly an hour late having had to take a detour on the way as other passages would miss thier connecting bus as we where so delayed! Despite there being no traffic and this was an over night bus! Also the seats where very uncomfortable.
