evrything was perfect
Great bus ride and price. Driver was super nice and quality oriented.
Great driver. Very pleasant trip. Comfortable journey.
The bus was too cold, I got sick after arriving to Porto
Boarded one bus on time and several passengers including my wife and i were told we were on wrong bus.Apparently a second bus was put on the same route because of the large number of passengers. So we got off and claimed our luggage and went on the second bus. Both busses were about 30 min late because of the confusion. The staff were very friendly and helpful for the entire trip. Enjoyed the ride.
The reservation process was fine but the emails I received from ALSA should have told us that the bus would appear on NO reservation board. Apparently, because it was an EXPORT bus this was normal The ALSA staff in information at the bus station were no help. We were lucky that a baggage employee unrelated to ALSA could speak English and advised us of this most peculiar system of not telling the passengers where the bus was. Also, we were not sat next to each other according to the seat numbers. Fortunately there were spare places and we could. Journey, driver and bus were very good.
Kudos to Carlos Maura (Driver) excelent professional. In the sour note:) I hit my head against the top of the toilet door arcade. Maybe signal this in some way. (Not significant damage just a ''hangover'' :)
It was a little complicated figuring out the gate for the bus especially with my limited Spanish but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bus was very nice and comfortable. The driver was extremely nice and a very good driver. There were plenty of stops for toilwtand food and the driver made sure we all knew how long we had. Beautiful ride - great experience.
Must pay for toilet use in the bus. I dont mind paying but 1dollar is too steep a price to pay. Makes me feel like alsa is trying to take advantage of its passengers.
Too many stops. Having no Internet on bus or at stops was a little unfortunate.
