Loved the comfy seats, the bus wasn’t full, windows were clean and open so we could see the scenery, wifi was very good, got to stop for free toilets which was great! On time too

Poco aire acondicionado. Asiento incómodo para viajes largos. No había Wi-Fi (algo tan importante). Una sola parada de larga duración para hacer necesidades o comer (el restaurante no es recomendable) y tal vez deberían de ser 2 largas.

The driver was amazingly nice and helpful tending to our every need along the journey. The toilet however did not have water. Moreover, i was unable to choose my seats as that option was unavailable; since i was travelling with a minor i contacted customer services to pay for a seat exchange and they said it was impossible.
