The bus and the team on the bus was great, however the guy who uploaded our suitcases was racist. He asked us where we are from, and based on that told us we have to pay him for uploading the suitcases to the bus. I take buses like those at least 3 or 4 times a month and I never had a situation like that. Not only he told only us that we have to pay, friends of mine who were ahead of us in the line but look different from us uploaded their suitcases without any problems.

The journey was fine but lacked Aircon. However, when arriving in Córdoba a member of staff tried to pressure me into paying extra to retrieve my suitcase. The threatened to keep my suitcase until I payed them extra and when I refused they insulted me and partner calling us rats. Truly disgusting behaviour and the worst service I've received in all my travels by bus in South America.

It was a great trip, very comfortable in the first floor and great driving. My only recommendation is for the driver to say how long each stop will be, so we can get a coffee or sandwich. No notice was ever given about the various stops.

The bus was as every other bus, reclining seats were ok. I didn’t like that it stopped in every small town on its way and that for 11hours there were no stops to buy a sandwich nor any food was provided. Some other companies have at least alfajore and bottle of water for this long rides
