Nice nightbus. No service but for us that was no problem. Brought it ourselfs. Seats really spacious
There were movies really loud. Uncomfortable chairs
Blanket was missing, everything else was great (even the temperature inside)

had to tip the guy who put the luggage in for no reason and the seats were not very angled so not very comfortable to sleep on! other than that very clean

Bus trip was good. We paid for cama which we got but there are no frills with this company.
The seat was very comfortable. There are no blankets in the night busses and it is cold. Also they dont provide food or drinks. In other night busses this is provided.

Heating broken downstairs, peaked at 29 degrees, had to ask 3 times until fixed and it stayed at 25. Seats did not recline far, some more than others but even then it was not possible to recline fully as it was so cramped it would have squashed person behind on full recline. Woken up to coffee and 2 biscuits served at 2am, self service and disgusting. TV didn't work and couldn't see it anyway, but annoyingly the sound played loudly from the speakers and was unable to be turned off, meaning we had to sleep through gunshots and explosions from the film. Aisle lights were bright and kept on all night presenting another sleeping difficulty. And this was the cama ejecutivo service. Toilets disgusting, naturally -didnt flush and paper ran out. Awful
Good busride. Only disappointment was the toilet door which needs a very hard pull to open while there's also no way to see if it's occupied. Therefore there was a lot of needles queuing at the toilet.
Bus was OK. Not as comfortable as Andesmar. Baggage handler was rude - looking for a tip for nothing and acted childishly when he didn't get it. Other bus staff were very nice and very helpful. Bus was on time with no issues.

Very good bus, though I was expecting a blanket and pillow for our trip.
Less leg room than in other companies. Also, it was very cold on the bus. All in all, a decent company with decent service and prices.
Great seats, perfect temperature and left and arrived on time. Staff were very rude though!
The drives are very lazy. Do not do much. The bus was very cold.

Terrible. I paid for the full reclining seat executive suite experience, with WiFi, food and drink. I received none of that and was put on the equivalent of a coach bus with leather seats. I would be wary of paying advance for bus tickets online. There seems to be no guarantee that you will get what you are paying for.

I reserved two XL seats and paid extra for them but was not given them on the bus. When I asked for help at the counter, the woman was rude and unhelpful. I will not be riding with Andesmar again.

Because of an accident and traffic jams we came back to Mendoza just in time but the driver refused to wait just 2 minutes for us to take the suitcase and the bus was gone. We had to change the tickets and wait for the next bus which arrived almost 2 hours later than expected. This is the worst company!

Bus left on time and arrived 15 mins early and didn't really interact with the staff but seemed pleasant enough. Downfall was we booked a bus with food and there was no food at all, which was annoying as we hasn't brought a replacement! And The chairs were uncomfortable, even for a bus!

No food or drinks provided bar a biscuit just before we got off in the morning. No blankets or pillows, so bring warm clothes, luckily we had a jacket to stay warm. Lots of stops where it was noisy with door open and lights on for long periods, so very broken sleep
