National Express Milton Keynes London recent customer reviews
Late bus staff not well trained to explain this to customers and this made me late for an appointment and the bus was very cold
Katib I.
Driver was rude to me when asking a simple question… I asked if the bus was going to London Victoria and he replied in a mutter…. That’s what it says on the side! But it only said London, therefore I asked for confirmation and he again answered with little regard to customer service. I also saw this attitude given to other passengers

Had to get off the bus as Sloane Square was shut off to traffic. Journey should never have gone through London. Driver was brilliant!!
