Very bad 😞😞😞 not clean, no ac works, no light, no seat back seat button works

Punctual, clean and safe. The wifi stopped 2 hours before reaching NYC. The driver was talking to a friend on the telephone throughout the journey.
The bus did not arrive at all. There was no information provided to any passenger about the bus being cancelled. We were waiting since 5 am in the morning at the stop. The second bus was arranged after 6 hours. And it did not have working Wi-Fi and cleanliness was not upto the mark. Overall , I think they are not trustworthy.

Bus was late 30 minutes. The staff at the hotel said that there wasn’t a bus scheduled to come which then caused us to panic. Almost had to book a 700 dollar Uber ride to get to our destination.
The bus between niagara fall and buffallo did not come at all, even we recieved an email day before our trip that the bus should come. we had to take a taxi. We weren't able to call trailway help.
It was really cold in the bus because the driver had his window open but when I asked him if he had a blanket, he gave me his jacket which was nice of him. Overall, it was a nice trip!
