I planned to take the coach on 17th April at 3:40pm from Norhamption to Heathrow Airport, but there was no sign of the coach even at 4pm. We waited at the place at the designated place with the sigh Nationl Express. There was a bus stop on the opposite side but with no sign indicating National Express. We checked on phone but no reply even after 15 min. We also checked on our phone but the indication was that there was no schuled stop. When we prepared to give up, we saw a national Express bus traveling on opposite side at fast speed with no intention of stopping. So we use our own means to go to Heathrow airport with much worries. I will seek compensation from the company.

The bus didn’t came on time and it was late for an hour . I had to get a taxi to reach airport on time. Don’t trust them anymore
