Hello. Please improve your service because I didn't even manage to get the bus, it was late more than 1h30min, so I had to take taxi to the airport to get on my flight. Absolutely ridiculous and unreliable service. Shame that civilised country like England can't sort passenger transportation on time.
I booked the 16:52 coach to Heathrow airport I waited the bus stop from 16:20 till 17:20 still no sign of coach coming so had to call taxi to go to Heathrow airport. Did not take that coach was not happy. I lost my money and wast my time
Bus driver works hard, tried to get us to places on time drive a little bit sketchy at times, the seats aren’t comfortable, there was zero padding where I was sat and the journey was 2 hours long
Bus driver made absolutely no effort to check whether people standing on bus stop are not waiting for his bus (Gatwick on the bus, four people were waiting for Heathrow bus, that in fact was the same). Left bus stop not checking passengers list. Showed absolute absence of basic social skills. Four people had to take taxi finally.
I had a bad experience with national express. I booked my ticket for June 1st 3:25am to terminal 4 and I received a 24hour reminder in which the departure mentioned as Northampton town center bus stop adjacent to upper mounts car park. I waited there from 3am and tried to call them, but no answer. Finally at 3:30,I came to know that bus do not come to that stop in the night hours.I got nervous and tried to catch a taxi to airport and I picked up the taxi at 4:30. My friends came with me because I was afraid to go alone with an unknown person. So I paid 120pound for the taxi itself for up and down.overall,it was a bad day with money loss(taxi+bus fare) and mental tension.
Efficient service. But the bus was freezing! I asked if the aircon could be adjusted; the driver responded that it's all preset and he couldnt change it??
My ticket stated a different departure location and as such I missed the coach to the airport. Having to make alternate arrangements and almost missing my flight!
Journey was OK but Wi-Fi on the coach was very poor (actually non-existent) which is why I rated it as dissatisfied.
The driver even said before we started that I'll be lucky to get Wi-Fi working
